Andrea Butler is the current mayor of Pearl City, Seminole. She is the first African-Cheyennan female mayor of any city in the Cheyenna Republic.
Early Life[]
Andrea (Keating) Butler was born on January 15, 1974 in Pearl City. Her father, Ariel Keating (1942-2015) was a lawyer while her mother Jessica Keating (1944-) was a surgeon at Samaritan Hospital in Pearl City. At age 3, she began to learn Russian. Two years earlier than most school children.
