WHEREAS This ANGLO-ARCHLUETAN NAVAL AGREEMENT between His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom and the Government/Regimes of the Archluetan Reichs and its Territories, is for the Subject of Naval Limiations between the Two Countries as May be Agreed in the following Provisions:
ARTICLE FIRST
That, the Archluetan Reich limit its Naval Size from Two Hundred Thousand Sailors to Ninety Five Thousand Sailors and such matters the Mritish Royal Navies will limit its from Four Hundred Thousand Sailors to One Hundred Thousand Sailors. However, such may be Revoked by Nineteen Thrity Nine.
ARTICLE TWO
That, the Ships of the Archluetan Navy balance its Guns and Weapons, to be revoked over the Restrictions of the Edicts of Versailles of Nineteen Nine Teen. The United Kingdom will not limit, but balance its Weapons.
ARTICLE THIRD
That, the Archluetan Navy may be Ninety Five Percent of the Size of the Royal Navies of the United Kingdom; However, Only in times of Emeregency may this be Rose.
ARTICLE FOURTH
The Poundage of the Archluetan Navies be relieved of most Restrictions, except the Ones on Submarines in the Navy thereof. The Royal Navy will always however have Larger Amounts of Poundage and Sailors, though Limited as by Article the First of this Agreement.
ARTICLE FIFTH
That, the Tonnages of the Archluetan and Royal Navies be Determined as Followed:
The Archluetan Navy shall be at then 30:00:00 ratio, And the Raising Restrictions will still Be Imposed, but shall be Relaxed Amongst the Archluetan Navy. It shall be Higher then the Restrictions of less then 1:00:000 poundage as listed in Edicts of Versailles;
The Royal Navy shall Remain in its 1,000:1,000:1,000 over Poundage, but Shall Stay at that Point, and the Archluetan Navy will be allowed, by Nineteen Thrity Nine, to Catch Up to the Sizes of the Royal Navy, but will remain upon its Ship Creation Restrictions, for as Such Times as may be listed out by His Majesty's (or if it is Her Majesty's) Government.
ARTICLE SIXTH
That, the Governments shall respect this Agreement. It will stay in effect until the Dates the Governments lay out, and until New Agreements be Laid and Carried into Force. This Agreement shall go into Effect as if the Day it Shall be Signed by the Repersenatives of His Majesty's Government of the United Kingdom and the Governments and Honorable Regimes of the Archluetan Reich, but both Legislatures of Contracting Parties may Review the Agreement as if the Head of States of Each Country requests amongst Sealing.
