Belcher County is a county in the Dragoonasag state of Almina. It is named after Ralph Alducour Belcher, a soldier in the Battle of Authonome. Its county seat is Bluberne.
History[]
The Belcher County area was inhabited by the Allamanna Parkufos before English-speaking settlers arrived. When Almina became a state in 1839, the area that is now Belcher County was part of Jameson and Rhode counties. In 1872, after Belcher County was created, they named Belcherstown the county seat. In 1894, Belcherstown was destroyed by fire, and the county seat was moved to Bluberne.

Belcher County has a population of about 16,231. Most of the county's population is Caucasian. Hispanics make up 8% of the population. About 4% of the population is of African ancestry. Native Parkufos make up about 2% of the population.
