Every Episode The Contestants Compete In A Different Wedding Themed Challenge. The Winner Is The Top Bride And They Get 1 Plastic Surgery Procedure From Their Wish List. The 2 Brides Who Did The Worst Are The Bottom Brides And Are Put Up For Elimination. At The RSVP Ceremony The Other Brides Vote For A Bride To Stay In The Competition. The Bride With The Least Amount Of Votes Is Eliminated. The Last Bride Standing Wins $100,000, All Remaining Plastic Surgery Procedures And A Celebrity Style Dream Wedding.
