The Charter to the Nobility was an Royal Law issued and passed by the Queen of Youngia Catherine I of Youngia in 1785. The Charter increases the power of the Nobles.

The Nobles was allowed to elect Marshals to supervise their Estates and protect their Rights. The Charter gave them rights to buy and sell land without state apporval. Servants and pesants were restricted in rights. The Nobles were allowed to voice economic concerns to the queen through peaceful petition. The Charter ordered the nobles to consildate their blood claims but kept them in office regardless of not full bloodlines. The Charter also forced all pesants to be heavily punished or whipped by not respecting the noblemen's rights. This Charter increased aboslute control in the Kingdom of Youngia.
