City Freeway 10 is a major thoroughfare that passes directly east-west through Port Justin, Jill. Its western terminus is just north of Downtown at Highway 626, and its eastern terminus is north of the Port Justin Industrial Area at Highway 626. Built in the 1960s, CF10 was the first result of the City Freeway program, an ambitious transportation project taken underway by Jill's federal government to provide better road transport in major cities by constructing superhighways from suburbs and rural areas to city centers. CF10 replaced Jill Highway 1900 which was originally the major highway serving as the spine of Port Justin. 5 years of construction amounting to $500 million dollars took place between 1961 and 1966. An expansion eastward to service the industrial area was conducted in the early 1980s.
