The Code of Commerical Navigation of 1781 was an Royal Proclamation passed by the Monarch of Youngia, Catherine I of Youngia, in 1781.

The Code lowered trade duties by fifty percent. The amount of shipping was regulated and organized to 8,000 pounds maxium on a ship. The law prohibted charging money for simple product trading. The Act ordered all Ports to have extra Harbors and also the Code regulated proper ship conditions. The Code also increased proper trade controls with other countries.
