The Criminal Code of 1905 was an Royal Proclamation issued by King Nicholas II of Youngia on 4 January 1905. It was part of the king's Reforms of 1905-1907.

The Code heavily restricted capital punishment in most cases, laid out proper prodecures of criminal defense and court conduct, detailed the powers and duties of the judge, specifcally detailed punishments and made them fair and equal, and laid out the exact rights of the juries knowledge of the case and reports. This Code changed the old direct Judge and no Jury System implemented by Alexander III of Youngia.
