Dragoonasag Interstate Route 92 enters Carlana near the town of Filmore, Lohana. It runs through a heavily-vegetated area for four miles, and then enters the Carlana West metropolitan area. The freeway becomes six lanes wide as it enters the city of Carlana West. In Carlana West, Dragoonasag Interstate Route 92 meets Dragoonasag Interstate Route 48, which forks from Dragoonasag Interstate Route 92 and runs southeast. Dragoonasag Interstate Route 92 continues into Farland County, and turns slightly northeastward near Jetsburg. The freeway turns east again near Colbertson. After crossing Haicks Creek, Dragoonasag Interstate Route 92 turns slightly southeastward, and continues this routing until the Adams exit. After the Adams exit, Dragoonasag Interstate Route 92 turns northeast, and continues a northeast path for the rest of its journey through the state.
