The Government of Southern and Northern Ireland Reunion Act 1922 was an Act passed by the Parilament of the United Kingdom on 6 December 1922 that reunited the Units of Northern and Southern Ireland once again into Ireland. An home rule government and parilament was granted to the whole of Ireland. The Act said Ireland was fully part and an Unit of the United Kingdom, but it would have an home rule assembly. Before this act, Ireland was considered an "colony-province" of the United Kingdom, an partial Mritish colony-partial Mritish unit.
