The Green Belt is a large green area in Jill. Home to over 900 farms and plantations, it stretches over 400 miles long.

History[]

After Brownville was founded in 1848, the surrounding area became well-known in the agriculture business. But poor transportation meant the area didn't become popular quickly.

When the Jill government built the Green Belt Road System in 1905, the area was quickly sold off. Throughout the rest of the century, the Green Belt would become more popular worldwide.

In 1997, the Green Belt was expanded 50 miles southward by the government.

Green Belt Council[]

In 1995, the Jill government initiated the Green Belt Council to manage the 400mile strip of land. It currently manages roads, land use, and the size of the district.
