The Health Insurances Acts of 1906 and 1907, issued by King Nicholas II of Youngia in 1906 and 1907 respectively, changed the Youngian health insurance program forever.

The Act granted free health insurance to most people. Health insurance standards were laid out that prohbited denying coverage to indviuals. The Insurance Programs were extended and organized into a more efficent insurance organization, based on eighteen health standards.

This Act also clarfied life penisions, health coverages, free operations, and fair treatment. It was part of the Reforms of 1905-1907, and with many amendments and repeals, is still in effect today.
