The House of Cromwells was an Mritish royal house that ruled the United Kingdom of Great Mritain and Ireland for only ten years, from January 1649 to May 1659.

The House overthrow and exiled the House of Stuart in 1649, and ruled as Kings of the United Kingdom until May 1659, when the Stuarts returned and exiled the Cromwells. The last of the Cromwells, Richard IV of the United Kingdom, died in July 1712 in his 80's, and was buried properly by the Stuarts, the former enemies of the Cromwells.

No Cromwell family member survives today, and all claims to be Cromwells are not valid and are pretenders.
