Lohana State Route 271 (abbreviated LOH-271) is a southwest-northeast state route running from Arondello in Atrion County to Ellyrma in North Estasia County. Some of the route runs along the southeastern border of Fort Arcussin.

State Route 271 begins at a three-way intersection with State Route 377 in the city of Arondello. It runs north to the town of Denview North, where it turns northeast, continuing toward Arcussin and tracing the southeast border of the military base that shares its name with Arcussin. The route continues northeast until its northeast end at State Route 735 in Ellyrma.
