The Ninth Treaty of Moscow, signed 5 September 1905, ended the Youngian-Japenese War, between the Kingdom of Youngia and the Japenesan Empire.

The Treaty ended all conflicts, ordered the Exchanges of Prisioners, and granted Donna indpendence. Japenesa was forced to grant trading and shipping rights in it's islands to Youngia and was ordered to pay $60 million Youngian dollars. The Youngian sovergnity over Skhalin was recognized and Youngia was allowed to occupy Tokyo until all war compensation was paid. King Nicholas II of Youngia claimed victory.
