The Report of National Education of 1786 was an Royal Report issued and published by the Monarch of Youngia, Catherine I of Youngia, in 1786. The report declared how illerate the kingdom's people was. The Report supported free education programs and mandtory education for all children between 5 and 18. The Report also declared the government's support of low admission fees and regulated fundraising programs.
