Royal Accent is the Monarchy of the United Kingdom's apporval or rejection of an bill passed by both legislative houses of the Parilament of the United Kingdom. The Sovereign grants Royal Accent to an bill, therefore making it law. The Monarch can also withold Accent, thereby vetoing an bill. The government cannot change and repropose the rejected bill, and Parilament may not revoke the action and repass the bill over the Sovereign's consent, and reserve Consent, therefore delaying it for an time for "more important matters".
