A Royal Census is the offical census of the Kingdom of Youngia taken every year to determine the amount of Youngians, apportiate the number of Royal Secetaries, and determine Royal Taxes, Royal Duties, Royal Excrises, and Royal Trading Codes.

Ordered by Catherine I of Youngia and authroized in 1766 through Royal Authorization, the Census counts the number of Youngian Subjects.
