Sim Brother 1 is the first sims-series of Channel 4's popular TV show Big Brother, made into a sims format by Official Dina Caliente. The programme follows the same rules as the main show, housemates enter a studio-built house and battle it out for a prize fund of £100,000. The housemates must take part in weekly shopping tasks in order to receive a luxuary shopping budget. The daily highlights show is narrated by Marcus Bentley and the main shows are presented by Davina McCall.

The show operates in a way which is different to Big Brother. The show runs for 2 days and a live show, for example, it started with the live launch, then day 1 highlights, then day 2 highlights, then a special show (which saw a new housemate entering). It's somewhat different to the original Big Brother UK format, which runs for a whole week until the Friday eviction show.

On the launch night, 9 females entered the house, but were shortly joined by a male housemate and then another one. So far 11 housemates have entered the house, and they're about to be joined by 2 more, making it 13.
