Biography

Hardbelt was born on March 5, 1966, in the small town of Ziebach, present-day Lohana. In 1969, the family relocated to Beckar, as Hardbelt's father had accepted the head coaching position at Beckar. He graduated from Hackard North High School in 1984.

College playing career

Hardbelt attended Northern Beckar University from 1984 to 1988. He played basketball for the Northern Beckar Fighters. He saw limited playing time during the 1984-85 season, only getting to play in four games during the 1985 portion of the season.
