Vladmir Islych Renin (22 April 1870-21 June 1929) born Vladmir Illych Rmenvisvov, was the leader of the United Democrats Party and fifth offical Prime Minister of Youngia. He contributed to democratic and liberal policies in Youngia, known as Reninism. In 1998, Renin was named one of the most infulential indviuals of the 20th century.

Renin was born Vladmir Illych Rmenvisvov on 22 April 1870, to Maria Alexandrova Blank, a schoolmistress, and Illya Nikolech Ulyanvov, a physics instructor, at Simbrsk, in the Youngian Kingdom.
