Wilmer Michael Planoff II (born March 31, 1962) is a Dragoonasag-born politician and was the second Governor of Lohana.

Early life and family

Planoff was born in what is now Junction City, Lohana. He is the oldest son of Joan Stoap-Planoff and former Territory of Chaumaria governor Xavier Planoff. Planoff showed signs of wanting to be an actor at a young age, but his father wanted him to become a politician. During his senior year in high school, Planoff took a Government course and decided that he wanted to become a politician like his father.

Career

Planoff began his long pursuit for Governor of the Cutra Territory in the 1980s, and hoped to later become the president of Dragoonasag. In 1986, he became the youngest man to ever be elected mayor of a city in the Cutra Territory when he was elected mayor of the city of Penark (now Penark, Lohana). He was the mayor of Penark when Lohana became a state in 1989. Planoff served as Penark's mayor from 1986 to 1992, and was the longest-serving mayor of Penark since Edward Hoinas, who served nine years as the city's mayor from 1901 to 1910. In 1992, he ran for mayor of Penark again, and was defeated by Douglas Brimmer Woodson, who is the current governor of Arubio. He served as mayor of Lohanland City from 1992 to 1995.

Governor of Lohana

In 1995, Planoff ran for governor of Lohana, and won, defeating opponent Tyler Jonason. Planoff's first act as the governor was to "undo my predecessor's mess", referring to Bercroft-Wilson's seemingly bad decisions that forced him to decide not to run in the 1994 state election.
