Zinrico State Route 7 (abbreviated ZIN-7) is a north-south state route maintained by the Transportation Department of Zinrico. Its south end is at State Route 5 in Apjack County. Its north end is at State Route 90 in McDonald. State Route 7 is also called Angossase Highway.

Routing / descriptionEdit

The route of State Route 7 begins southwest-northeast; it turns due north in northern Madison County. The road is a two-lane road, with the exceptions of within the city limits of Nineveh, Martinstown, and McDonald. State Route 7 crosses the Anakieth River near Simple City, on the John H. Eezel, Jr. Bridge.

HistoryEdit

State Route 7 was planned in the 1920s, and it was completed in the 1930s. Its original route took it from the town of Fire Lot to the city of McDonald[1]. Parts south of Route 5 were abandoned in 1962, resulting in the route's truncation[2]. In 1996, Route 7 was named the sixth deadliest road in Zinrico; as of 2013, it is ranked the 47th deadliest road in the state.
